If cancellation is necessary...
Refunds are cheerfully provided when your cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to
your stay except during Festival weekends (Autumn Leaf, Oktoberfest,
Christimas Lighting), Holiday Seasons, and three-day weekends. During these special
times, we ask for a 30-day notification. If a cancellation is necessary after the
deadline, every effort will be made to rent your room to another group. Full payment
is charged for the nights not rebooked. |
